Who are we looking for?
People on a mission to improve life on our planet.
People who actively want to change our systems to be life-centred and are already active and engaged in doing so.
People who recognise that cross-sector collaboration is crucial and would benefit from being part of a wider network to scale the impact of their work.
People with an ongoing project that demonstrates new forms of progress, or those with deep experience in a particular field holding an inquiry about how they might shift the system from within that field.
People looking to learn, embody and advocate for nature-led leadership.

The Bio-Leadership Fellowship is a not-for-profit. We aim to keep prices as low as possible whilst keeping the programme and community quality as high as it can be. This is a balancing act.
We believe that a strong community is a diverse one, so we’ve created several pricing categories to help you apply to the category that feels accurate to your position.
Please download the brochure for a full overview of the programme and pricing structure. If you’ve read through the brochure and are ready to apply, you can do so through the appropriate links below.

Individuals from ‘for profit’ businesses with a comfortable income who are able to contribute to the programme and community.
Individuals from small businesses, social enterprises, NGOs and small start-ups who are able to contribute to the programme and community.
Standard rate for individuals with a stable income, including self-employed and those from the charity & NGO sector based in the Global North.
This rate equals the cost of running the Fellowship.
International Access Rate places extend accessibility across sectors and global regions to developing areas. These places are less than the cost price to run the programme.
We want to make the Fellowship accessible to folks with limited proportional income from the Global South, those who are working hard to bring about change but need the support of this programme and community.
Payment plans
To support individuals joining the Fellowship, we offer Fellows the chance to pay in up to 5 instalments from January 2025.
We believe diverse communities are strong communities; it’s what makes the Fellowship truly magical.
1/3 of our participants come from Large and Emerging Businesses
1/3 of our participants come from the Standard rate
1/3 of our participants come from the International Access and Scholarship pathway
Information for Organisations
Are you interested in how the Fellowship might support your organisation in its development? Or are you an individual who wants to convince your organisation to sponsor your participation in the Fellowship?
Although the Fellowship is a programme for individuals, many of our Fellows are often joining on behalf of an organisation. Curious how this might work? Check out our Information Pack for Organisations to learn how the Fellowship can support you.
